I need to know how can i lose weight
Losing weight is not the easiest thing in the world. You may think it is, but in fact, I doubt that this is as easy as people think it is. I am a bit overweight and I should lose a few pounds here and there and I have huge difficulties in doing that. I cannot seem to be able to lose the redundant fat I have around my belly and my arms and legs. Basically, I am far from being perfect and I would love to change that. People who are fit are always telling me to eat less but it is not the best solution, I guess. I mean, it is a no-brainer, eat less and you will lose weight, right? Well, it may sound quite reasonable, however, it does not necessarily work this way. I tried this and I failed. I had a moment in my life when I ate much less than I usually do but, believe me or not, instead losing weight I was putting even more weight than I had. I do not know why was this happening but I know that this was not the goal I was aiming at. I really need to know how can i lose weight because I am getting a little bit desperate here. I mean, I am not the fattest person in the world, no doubts about it. Still, I would love to know how can I lose weight because I would definitely feel much better if I was fit, or at least a bit thinner.
